Robert serves as Director, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Former director at Arthur Andersen in the Corporate Finance practice area, responsible for group operations and development of the business unit globally. Founding partner in the ARM Partnership, a small corporate finance boutique, in which he has provided corporate and financial advice to a number of small cap, venture backed fast growth businesses. Extensive experience of M&A, divestments and general corporate finance. He has a first class BA (Hons) degree, and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB).
