Helen serves as Group Financial Controller and reports to the Board of Directors. She is responsible for all aspects of the financial management, control and SEC reporting of Flex Group. Prior to joining Flex Group Helen worked for Rocialle InHealth as a management/financial accountant responsible for a large accounts department, monitoring and controlling the day to day financial operation of the Company. Helen began her career in Local Government where she worked within education finance for 10 years. She is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
